Rules & scoring

Event series 2026

1. Organiser

DK Rally is a series of car races for amateur and professional drivers on a closed course, with production and race cars, held at the airfield in Biskupice.

2. Championship

  • The DK Rally 2026 championship consists of 4 events and all 4 results count towards the championship standings.
  • Every driver who starts in any event during the season scores in the championship.
  • In every event the 15 fastest drivers score in the overall standings and the 7 fastest drivers in each announced class. In every event the fastest drivers will receive extra Power Stage points.
  • At the last event of the season the DK Rally 2026 champions will be announced in the overall standings and in all announced classes. To be classified in the overall season standings, a driver must take part in at least two events in the given season.
  • Drivers now score into the team standings. Each team may nominate only two cars for points: team number one and team number two.

3. Event format

We will run two one-day sprints and two two-day events. The calendar will be specified in January 2026. A one-day sprint will have at least 10 timed km, and two-day events at least 20 km.

The shakedown before the event will always be held for 3 hours, with voluntary participation and an unlimited number of passes.

Each leg is scored separately. A restart under super rally rules after retiring in the first leg is allowed.

The ceremonial start will be organised at the winter event.

Details of the individual schedules can be found in the events section.

We run the event in rally style. A crew scores points only if it finishes the last SS of the leg.

4. Crew

  • The minimum age for a driver to take part is 15 years (the clerk of the course may grant an exception).
  • For drivers under 18, a legal guardian's consent to participation is required at the event.
  • Driver and co-driver take part in DK Rally events at their own risk and by entering they accept full responsibility for any damage and injury they cause to themselves, the organiser and third parties, and will make no claims against the organiser.

5. Registration

  • A driver must register for each event separately using the registration form in the section of the given event on dkrally.cz.
  • The entry fee must be paid before the start of the event.
  • An entry is valid only once the payment has been credited to the bank account.

6. Race car

A two-track passenger motor vehicle whose identical or similar model is approved for normal road traffic.

  • Registration plates, MOT and registration papers are not mandatory, but the car must meet basic safety requirements.
  • All vehicles must have an exhaust fitted to limit noise.
  • Scrutineering takes place in the service area, where the scrutineer will visit you in your tent.
  • The technical condition is supervised by the scrutineer, who carries out scrutineering and decides on the classification of vehicles into classes.
  • A maximum of 2 drivers (double drivers) may start in each competing vehicle.
  • One co-driver is allowed in the vehicle during the run, but they must not take part in the event as a driver themselves.
  • Keeping the window open is forbidden while driving on a special stage.

7. Team standings

  • Two entered cars count towards the team standings.
  • Each team must register under its own name and designate its team number one and team number two.
  • Points for the team standings are counted according to class results.
  • Each car of the team may enter a different class, and the points scored in the class count towards the team table.
  • The three best teams of the season count towards the season settlement.

10. Safety

  • The driver and any co-driver must be wearing a seat belt and must wear a protective motorsport helmet in all special stages.
  • The competing vehicle must have its doors and windows closed on the course.
  • The driver must obey flag signals and the marshals' instructions.
  • Entering the course area is strictly forbidden. Drivers, co-drivers and spectators may move only in the service area and in places designated by the organiser.
  • A racing or hobby overall is strongly recommended during all special stages.
  • At the finish of each special stage the driver must stop at the STOP sign; violating this may result in disqualification from the event.

11. Signalling and behaviour on the course

  • The red flag is the signal to stop the vehicle immediately and end the run for safety reasons.
  • If a driver had to stop during their run because of red flags, they will repeat the run.
  • Stopping, reversing, turning around and opening the vehicle's windows or doors on the course is strictly forbidden without the marshals' instruction.
  • If a driver is left standing on the course with the competing vehicle and cannot continue, they switch on the hazard lights and wait for the marshals to arrive.

12. Service

  • The service area is part of the event venue and is marked on the map for the given event.
  • The maximum permitted speed of a competing vehicle in the service park outside the marked course is 10 km/h.
  • The driver is fully responsible for the behaviour of themselves, their co-driver and their team. They keep the area tidy and take away and clean up everything they brought to the event, including waste.
  • Portable toilets and a snack bar will be available at all events.

13. Power Stage

The Power Stage is the final special stage, which allows drivers to earn bonus points for the championship.

All drivers in all classes + the overall standings who finish the Power Stage can score points, regardless of their overall position. The stage is designed to offer an attractive finale and to motivate fast driving to the very end.

14. Protest

  • A protest may be lodged only by a driver and only against a driver or a competing vehicle, always only in the current event.
  • A protest must be resolved by the end of the event in which it was lodged.
  • The verdict on a protest is given by the Sporting Director of the event.
  • A protest carries a fee of 500 CZK.

15. Media

Media accreditation will not be allowed. All multimedia content is produced by rallyservice.cz.

16. Consent

  • The driver takes part in DK Rally events at their own risk and by entering accepts full responsibility for any damage and injury they cause, and will make no claims against the organiser.
  • The driver undertakes to comply with all provisions, conditions and rules of DK Rally.
  • Neither the driver nor the co-driver may get into a competing vehicle after consuming alcohol or narcotic substances.
  • The driver takes part in the event knowing that they do so at their own risk, and that they must adapt the vehicle's speed and all of their behaviour to their abilities, experience, weather and other related conditions. The driver always puts their own safety and that of others above everything, including a good time and results.
  • The driver is aware of and agrees that medical rescue services will be present at DK Rally events, but firefighters will not.

17. Final provisions

  • As it is impossible to cover every situation in the rules, the decision of the clerk of the course always takes precedence over these rules.
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend the regulations and the championship calendar afterwards.
