Entry of participants

All those interested in taking part in the XI. Amatér Rally DK 2026 must fill in the electronic entry form. The form must be filled in completely; the system will not let you submit a partially completed form. An integral part of the electronic entry is also sending the entry fee to the organiser's account through your own online banking. Once the fee has been credited to the organiser's account, the competitor will be sent a confirmation of entry, which can be received no later than 30/10/2026 at 12:00. The maximum number of participants is set at 50 crews. If there are more applicants than places, the time of receipt of the complete entry (electronic form + entry fee) decides. The entry fee must follow every entry. If, for example, two crews want to share one vehicle, each crew must be entered separately. The entire entry fee will be refunded to the competitor: - If the entry is rejected - If the event is cancelled The organiser will refund 70% of the entry fee to competitors who could not attend the start of the rally due to force majeure and properly excused their absence before the start of documentation check. For entered crews who fail to show up without a proper excuse, the entry fee is automatically forfeited to the organiser.

Other arrangements

- During Amatér Rally only the entered crew may be in the vehicle. - Both production and sport-modified vehicles may be accepted into Amatér Rally. - All production vehicles must have a valid registration certificate and must be approved for use on public roads in the Czech Republic. - Vehicles without a valid MOT may be accepted into Amatér Rally, but the competing crew is fully responsible for the vehicle's roadworthiness and condition. The scrutineer carries out only a basic check of the safety features.

Tyres

Production vehicles may use both production and sport tyres for the event, provided that in both cases the wheel dimensions entered in the vehicle's registration certificate are observed. Crews of sport-modified vehicles may use both production and sport tyres, provided that in both cases the wheel dimensions entered in the registration certificate or in the Sports Vehicle Certificate are observed. Vehicles without a valid MOT may use both production and sport tyres, provided that in both cases the wheel dimensions of the vehicle's base model, according to the manufacturer's specification, are observed. Example: the basic specification of the Škoda Fabia RS generation 1 uses a wheel diameter of 16" (R16). The same vehicle with a larger or smaller wheel will not be admitted. If this is discovered at scrutineering, the vehicle will not be allowed to start until the condition is remedied, with no refund of the entry fee. The use of winter tyres fitted with studs is prohibited. Using studs is punished by exclusion by the clerk of the course. The number of tyres used at Amatér Rally is not limited.

Fuel and refuelling

The type of fuel is limited only by the needs of the engine and the crew's choice, for both production and sport-modified vehicles. When refuelling in the service park area, this must be done so that other crews and the Amatér Rally organising team are not endangered. Safety during refuelling is at the discretion of the crew concerned. The refuelling crew is responsible for a safe refuelling process and for preventing possible pollution of the surrounding nature.

Safety equipment of the crew and vehicle

Without exception, all vehicles must have fully functioning crew seat belts. The use of seat belts will be required and checked. The crew of the vehicle is responsible for the working condition of the vehicle's seat belts. Not wearing seat belts during a competitive run by any crew member is punished by immediate exclusion by the clerk of the course. The crew of the vehicle is fully responsible for the technical condition of the vehicle's braking system. Roadworthiness is proven by a valid registration certificate or by the report of having passed scrutineering. Both crew members are obliged to wear an adequate motorsport helmet at the start and during the special stage. Not wearing or taking off the helmet is punished by immediate exclusion by the clerk of the course. During a competitive run both crew members must be adequately dressed. Clothing with long sleeves and long trousers is required, ideally an overall. Inadequate clothing is punished by immediate exclusion by the clerk of the course. Clothing homologated for motorsport is only recommended. Gloves and a balaclava are only recommended for all participants. The presence of a seat belt cutter and a fire extinguisher or fire suppression system in the competing vehicle is also recommended. The crew of a vehicle without a roll cage uses sport seats and multi-point harnesses at their own risk. The vehicle must have fully functioning exterior lighting, at least both front dipped headlights and both rear tail lights. If damage occurs during a special stage, the crew must remedy it as soon as possible before the start of the next special stage. The use of a front auxiliary light bar is permitted, but it does not replace the function of the front dipped headlights.

Documentation check

All competing crews are obliged to complete documentation check at the time set in the event programme. Documents that will be required for checking: - A valid driving licence for category B, held by at least the driver of the competing car - For Juniors, written consent of a legal guardian is required - The vehicle's full registration certificate (production vehicles) or a sports vehicle certificate - The consent of the owner of the competing car, if the owner is not one of the crew members - Scrutineering report, only for cars without a valid MOT If any of the above documents is not presented for checking, the crew will be excluded from the event with no refund of the entry fee (see Entry of participants). Here the crews will receive: - Start numbers for the competing car - maps - schedule

Scrutineering

It will be carried out by walking round and inspecting the vehicle at its place in the service park. The crew of the vehicle is fully responsible for the technical condition of the vehicle and its operation during Amatér Rally. The roadworthiness and fitness of the vehicle is proven by a valid registration certificate or a sports vehicle certificate at documentation check. If it does not have a valid registration certificate, this is proven by a scrutineering report. All competing crews are obliged to complete scrutineering at the time set in the event programme.

Briefing

It takes place at the start of each day of Amatér Rally at the prescribed time. It is led by the clerk of the course or an official appointed by them, who gives the crews their last instructions and draws attention to changes and possible hazards. Attendance is mandatory for competing crews.

Shakedown

No shakedown will be held

Course of Amatér Rally

The crew is started from a predetermined place into the special stage. Throughout Amatér Rally all crews arrive at the start a short time in advance so that they can start in the order determined by the start list and the car's start number. The start procedure is run by an appointed official. Only on their signal may the crew enter the course with the car. The signal can be given directly by the official or by a starting device (e.g. traffic lights). Breaking the start photocell records the start time. A false start is punished according to this scale: 1. Penalty + 10 seconds added to the time of the given special stage 2. Immediate exclusion by the clerk of the course, with no possibility of a Re-start in case of a serious violation A crew that is unable to start into the special stage within 20 seconds of the start official's signal will be excluded on the spot. If this happens on day 1, they may apply for a Re-start. The crew is alone on the special stage; the next crew starts only after the previous one has finished and on the signal of the start official. If a crew cannot for any reason arrive at the start of the special stage in its allotted order, it must inform the start official, who will move it to the end. This procedure can be applied on each day of Amatér Rally only once per crew. If repeated, the crew will be excluded for that day, but on day 1 it will be allowed a Re-start the following day. All crews must complete the special stages according to the map, in the prescribed direction and with all artificial obstacles (chicanes). If they fail to do so for any reason, the clerk of the course will impose an appropriate penalty on the time of the given special stage. The finish of the special stages is a flying finish; crossing it records the achieved time with the timing system. At the Stop point the crew must bring the vehicle to rest, stop it, and then continue again to the service park. The crew must keep all windows closed during all special stages. A violation will be penalised by + 1 minute. Failing to stop at the Stop point is punished according to this scale: 1. Penalty + 60 seconds added to the time of the given special stage 2. Penalty + 120 seconds added to the time of the given special stage 3. Immediate exclusion by the clerk of the course, with no possibility of a Re-start All participants are forbidden to enter the course during the night between days 1 and 2 of the event. Any participant caught will be immediately excluded by the clerk of the course.

Chicanes and course delimitation with barrels

They are set up for safety reasons. The crew cannot skip them; they are an integral part of the prescribed special stage course. If a crew damages or skips one, it will be penalised according to this scale: 1. Penalty + 5 seconds added to the time of the given special stage for moving a barrel off its base by more than 50% 2. Penalty + 10 seconds added to the time of the given special stage for knocking a barrel off its base by 100% or driving through A penalty of 120 seconds is given to the crew for not following the course. A repeated run is not possible.

SuperRally

A driver may use super rally after each special stage. All crews who use the Re-start will be assigned a substitute time equal to the last crew in the group + 300 seconds (+ 5 minutes) for each unfinished special stage. The crew must inform the clerk of the course of using the Re-start rule, no later than 30 minutes before the publication of the interim results of day 1 of Amatér Rally.

Start numbers

The organiser reserves the right to place a start number plate of 67×20 cm on the front doors on both sides of the car. The start numbers will be magnetic and will be issued at documentation check. After the last special stage the start numbers will be taken from you at the finish. Alternatively you return them to the race control tent before the results are announced. If start numbers are not returned or are lost, you will be charged 500 CZK. Before scrutineering the crew is obliged to put the start numbers on the car as shown in the appendix. If the start numbers are placed on the wrong sides, the crew will not be admitted to scrutineering.

Classification and prizes

Announced categories (places 1–3): - Overall standings - Overall standings 4WD / FWD / RWD - Classes: up to 1400 cc / up to 1600 cc / up to 2000 cc / over 2000 cc - Ladies trophies - Junior - Star Rally Every participant who places in the positions above will receive the corresponding cup/trophy. To close the classification according to the scale above, at least 3 crews must finish Amatér Rally in the given group or category. If fewer crews are classified, the clerk of the course reserves the right to award only the best crew, i.e. to announce only place 1. The prerequisite for classification in the Ladies Cup is an all-female crew of the competing car or a mixed crew of a woman and a man, where the woman must complete all special stages as the driver of the competing car. The prerequisite for classification in the Star Rally category is not the lowest time achieved; it is an aesthetic category where the entertainment value of the runs through the individual special stages decides. The clerk of the course decides on awarding this prize. Drivers up to 18 years of age will be placed in the Junior category. For these drivers the consent of a legal guardian to the start is required. If a co-driver is filled in on the entry, the co-driver will also receive cups.
